Cafes in Australia

What makes a cafe work for you depends on the visit. For a working morning, ask about wifi, power points and whether laptops are welcome at peak times. For a family outing, look for space for prams, a kids menu and accessible entry. If you care about coffee, ask which roaster they use and whether they offer alternative milks. Many cafes cater for dietary needs, but check how they prevent cross contamination if you have an allergy. Find out whether they take large bookings or only walk-ins, and whether they cater for office orders, events or takeaway platters. A quick message to a few cafes can settle details.
