At Box Diner Fyshwick cafe restaurant, we use fresh herbs, fresh eggs from happy free range chooks, beef from local Hereford cattle that thrive on tasty grass and artisan breads from a local bakery made with little to no preservatives. Our jams, marmalades, chutneys and relishes all come from our friends at Boorowa’s Walsh Country Kitchen, created with love from regional fruits and vegetables.
