The Window on the Wetland Centre is an ongoing project by the Warren community. The Kookaburra Kiosk helps fund this initiative. Visit our delightful cafe, which is in a relocated historic building (the old St Mary's Church/school hall) which has been renovated for this new project. Our ten wetland-inspired leadlight windows are features to be admired, along with the ever-changing free art exhibitions which grace the walls. The cafe offers a selection of breakfast and lunch options, including gluten free and vegetarian meals. Enjoy barista coffee and cake on our outdoor veranda, overlooking the Tiger Bay Wetlands, or dine indoors. While you are here, take the time to wander through the Tiger Bay Wetlands and view the abundant bird life, and wander around our information project - with panels detailing the rich heritage of our town.
