An organic cafe with naturopathic clinic has opened its doors in Double Bay and the cafe is the place to indulge in your favourite healthy organic foods with plenty of gastronomic delights.

Will Shannon, the principal of Pinnacle Health, who is probably the most well known naturopath in Australia specialising in natural medicine, herbalism, iridology and an array of other natural techniques says 'even though we cater to hundreds of clients weekly at our current clinic location, it is not enough to fulfil the needs of all. We have always had a strong presence of clients in the Eastern suburbs who we wish to provide easily accessible natural health care'.

Pinnacle Double Bay combines the organic food Cafe with Pinnacle Health naturopathic clinic and a book exchange (donation) specialising in health and personal development and biographies. Donations go to Save the Children fund.

Foods are fully organic and fresh daily with choices to appeal to all palates including vegetarian and meat based dishes, gluten free and other options including breakfast, organic mueslis, organic and gluten free breads, a range of organic teas from Teapot teas and snacks.

The menu changes daily and includes raw vegan paleo foods, frittatas, organic chicken burgers, a hearty organic beef lasagne, organic wraps, with many more to come. 25 salad choices are rotated regularly, choose from 10 core cold pressed organic juices or design your own, glorious organic desserts and organic fair trade single organic coffee blend from Peru. There is also an organic dry goods section for take home selection.
