Pauls Traditional Bakery & Caf� is located at 1 Old Geelong Road Hoppers Crossing (opp the train station). Pauls is an Australian owned bakery that produce all their own traditional & gourmet pies fresh on premise.

Specialising in European bread, they also have a wide range of bakery treats, sandwiches, burgers and all day breakfast options, with catering available.

After living and working in Europe for 6 years, Paul has a wealth of knowledge and passion for baking and producing quality hand made products rather than the mass produced.
