Julia has been practising massage and kinesiology in the professional Terrigal clinic for the last 11 years. Bodywork is all forms of massage, from remedial and sports injury massage treatment, to lymphatic drainage, aromatherapy massage, shiatsu, acupressure massage, pregnancy massage and relaxation Swedish massage.

Kinesiology uses gentle muscle testing to find out where your body requires attention, and is extremely effective in correcting and restoring posture to correct alignment.

We can also show you correct stretching and exercise techniques.

Treatment is preferred by appointment and you are welcome at your leisure.
