Shiatsu Massage

With its roots in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Shiatsu techniques involve deep tissue massage, stretching and acupressure to release blocked energy and tension. This helps to improve energy flow, flexibility, posture and breathing leaving you feeling invigorated yet relaxed.

Reiki is a perfect way to recharge and gain peace of mind. Reiki treats the whole person including relaxing your body, soothing emotions, calming the spirit and quieting the mind creating feelings of peacefulness and wellbeing. Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement.
