Holistic Dreams

About

Relax, revive and unwind with massage therapies to heal the body, mind and soul.

Holistic Dreams is a simple yet unique place to unwind and escape from your daily routine into a world of total relaxation.

Located just 5 minutes walk from the main shops in Lane Cove, with ample parking, my personalized treatments will ensure you leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and totally pampered.

As a qualified Aromatherapist, Massage Therapist and member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS), I tailor all my treatments to the specific needs of my clients allowing each client to receive the maximum benefit from their individual treatment.

Each treatment begins with an aromatherapy foot bath, a consultation, followed by your specific massage. To complete your pampering you can choose between beautiful herbal teas or water to sit and relax with.

Regular massage can improve the quality of your life. It can balance and nurture the mind and body, help to reduce tension and fatigue from muscles, and provide a sense of general well being. My nurturing touch will immediately help you relax, making any type of massage a wonderful way to revitalize your body and clear your mind.

Gift Certificates are available and make great gifts to pamper that special somebody.
