Bookings

You can book preferably 24 hours before massage.

Availability

Massage sessions are available on weekdays normally 10am to 6pm. Saturdays may also be available on request.

Settings

I use a portable massage table that is 205 cm in length and 70 in width. Please ensure a free space at least 150 cm in width around the table. It is a good idea to set it in a quiet separate and well ventilated room. I arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time to prepare equipment for massage.

Equipments

I'll bring all the essentials for massage. All you need to prepare is a bath towel to cover yourself and 2 pillows to support some parts of your body during the session. It is advised to take a warm bath or shower before the session. Please keep your underwear on at all times.

Hygiene

I believe that hygiene is paramount in manual therapies and strictly follow thorough handwashing and other hygienic procedures. I cover table with a disposable hygienic cover sheet that is comfortable, breathable and water proof and used once only.

Advice on Treatment

Do not skip a meal before treatment. It is common to feel relaxed or sleepy after treatment so avoid getting up quickly from the treatment table and give yourself time to adjust after treatment before driving or using stairs. Keep well hydrated with water.

Record Keeping

I ask all my new clients to fill in The Health Form to let me know about any contraindications for massage and ensure an appropriate treatment.

Payment Options

Cash is preferable. Please prepare exact amount to pay for your massage.

Direct Transfer and PayPal are accepted if the payment received before the treatment.
