Massage is good for you and will benefit anyone who receives it. A good therapist will tailor the treatment to the individuals needs, depending on their lifestyle, age, health status and preferences. My background is in nursing and I pride myself on giving the best holistic treatment that I can. I have 20 years experience in the health arena and 7 years as a massage therapist. I have worked in several clinics and now have my own practice from home. I have treated a large number of clients with long standing and acute conditions and/or injury to good effect.
