Polynesian philosophy and the Huna Principles acknowledge that you create your own reality based on your thoughts, beliefs, words and actions. The principle "IKE" translates to "Be Aware" - for whatever thoughts you put out into the Universe, you will receive back in your own reality.

When you are clear about what you want, then you can focus on receiving the energy from the Universe that supports that desire. The Power of Intention is amplified when both you and your practitioner are directing the energy towards the same desire. This is why at the beginning of your Kahuna Massage Session, you will be asked to set an intention for the massage.
