1. Traditional Thai Massage - A 2500 year old technique created by Buddha's physician. Your body is gently positioned in a variety of yoga-like positions, with deep static and rhythmic acupressure

2. Combination Oil Massage - A combination of Traditional Thai Massage and Thai Oil Massage using specific oils. The Combination Massage is Jaruwan's most popular massage. Choose light pressure for relaxation or deep pressure for healing

3. Thai Reflexology - A 5000 year old technique that stretches the feet and legs. A special massage stick is also used to stimulate the reflex points which balance the corresponding organs in the body. Oil is used and sometimes Tiger Balm for tight muscles

4. Deep Tissue Massage - Emphasises on realigning deeper muscle layers and connective tissue. This massage is perfect for sports people and is especially helpful for chronic tension and contracted areas of the body

5. Jaruwan's Swedish - A gentle massage using smooth gliding strokes primarily for relaxation. Sleep is common during massage
