Located high in Smithfield Heights our studio offers a peaceful, warm and spectacular outlook to enjoy the pampering services. We can also come to you but bookings are essential and some services are unavailable. We also offer Office and Corporate Seated Massage to spoil your staff and give your event that different edge.

OUR SERVICES

Remedial Massage is a holistic treatment of the body which traces the discomfort as far as possible back to the original cause, healing both the cause of the disorder as well as the symptoms. Remedial massage focuses on the treatment of soft tissue injuries, aching muscles and postural imbalances using a variety of diagnostic techniques. When overworked muscles become tight, knotted or damaged, remedial massage can provide a healing treatment that can be gentle or strong, deep or shallow.

Traditional Thai Massage is based on the principles of Hatha Yoga and is performed on a comfortable floor mat wearing loose fitting clothing. It involves the use of hands, feet and elbows while our staff guides you through a series of Yoga style stretches and rhythmic compressions of the body. Together these actions result in a comprehensive full body treatment that relieves muscular tension, improves circulation, while creating a harmonious, balanced and therapeutic outcome.

Therapeutic Oil Massage is a gentle, rhythmic massage designed to relax soft body tissue and facilitate healing. It's lighter in touch than remedial massage and uses long flowing strokes, kneading, and friction techniques. It can loosen stiff joints, reduce muscle tension and is an ideal relaxation treatment for both men and women.

Aromatherapy Massage - Feel the built up tension slip away with this heavenly combination of full body relaxation massage and special aromatic oil blends that are designed to alleviate fatigue and built up tension.

Thai Foot Massage (Reflexology) is a massage of the lower legs and feet which assists the body's natural healing process by stimulating pressure points found in the feet. Used in conjunction with our special Thai Balms, it soothes and revitalises the feet.

Corporate Massage - On site Seated Chair Massage will help reduce staff stress levels and improve work performance. The treatments can be performed in a designated room and can be anything from 5 minutes to 20 minutes in duration. We can treat the back, neck and shoulders, arms, head and hands. We can also supply Gift Certificates for you to pass onto your staff as a reward or as a thank you for your clients, and they are an inexpensive and healthier alternative to taking them out for lunch.

Neck & Shoulder Massage is designed to relive pain and built up tension in the neck and shoulders caused by stress and or injury. It can help reduce the occurrence and severity of tension headaches.
