Lauren is an exceptionally devoted, passionate and educated Massage therapist on the Gold Coast, trained in several massage therapies. She is also a personal trainer, NLP practitioner, Healer/ Holistic therapist.Owner operator Lauren at Holistic Bliss Bodywork is considered by many on the gold Coast to perform the best massage.

Lauren is constantly adding to her education as a highly trained massage therapist with over 12 years experience in massage therapy and is certified in deep tissue, sports and pressure point/ regional massage, pregnancy massage and aromatherapy massage. Lauren has also been trained in the ancient Hawaiian Kahuna healing Lomi Lomi Massage and has many years experience in all these styles of healing bodywork. Over her career Lauren has refined her healing skills and worked in many massage clinics, she is not your everyday casual massage therapist offering only relaxation or swedish massage.
