In delivering a clinical massage treatment, I use a combination of postural analysis, muscle testing, muscle energy techniques, resisted stretches, clinical & deep tissue massage as well as trigger point therapy to achieve the best results.

Each individual is different and each treatment is based on the individual need.

The area of concern will be treated along with linked musculature related to the cause of dysfunction. This approach enhances the overall function of the body, dealing with any compensation issues and restoring balance and alignment. Suggestions may be given on appropriate exercise and specific targeted stretches to assist with re-balancing and prevent recurrence.
