Naturally Balanced

About

Amy is a diploma qualified professional providing specialised massage treatments for the whole community. She has been massaging for 8 years. She started in the industry in 2007 after completing her Cert IV in Massage Therapy through the Unity School of Healing on the Sunshine Coast in QLD. She then went on to complete her Diploma in Remedial Massage in 2008 with the same school. Amy is trained in all facets of massage from relaxation to remedial and deep tissue bodywork as well as all stages of pregnancy.

After working at a number of multi-modality clinics alongside osteopaths and myotherapists, Amy decided to open her own studio from home allowing her to spend the time she felt needed with each individual client.

Amy has passion for helping people achieve balance through massage and to assist them in alleviating pain through different techniques such as trigger point therapy and myofascial release.

She is a deep tissue specialist but if it's a de-stress relaxation treatment you're after, the two years she spent at Sensaura, a prestige spa on Hastings Street in Noosa, means she know exactly what you mean by RELAX...

Amy lives and works in the beautiful town of Ocean Grove with her husband and three gorgeous kids.
