A large purpose-built practice, Back In Motion Alphington provides leading physiotherapy, massage, Pilates, and personal training services to Alphington and surrounding suburbs. This new facility comprises five modern consulting rooms, a spacious clinical Pilates studio with reformers and a separate personal training studio with vast arrays of rehabilitation and fitness equipment.

Our physiotherapists are experts in the treatment of all musculoskeletal conditions and post-operative procedures, including headaches, spinal pain, sports injuries and peri-natal care. As part of our treatment philosophy, we are passionate about active rehabilitation and clinical Pilates to get you feeling good, improving your fitness and being injury-free. Through an extensive range of progressive services that are suitable for everyone, we are determined to not only alleviate the current problem, but focus on long term management to ensure you get Results 4 Life.

All of our services, including all of the classes, are provided by expert physiotherapists and are claimable under private health insurance. We are open extended early and late hours all weekdays and Saturdays for your convenience.
