Remedial Massage concerns itself with the assessment and treatment of soft tissue conditions, to ultimately release tight muscles, restore muscular movement and alleviate chronic and acute pain or tension.

Techniques mostly used are remedial, relaxation, sports and deep-tissue. Other specialised skills I use are Trigger Point therapy (targeting specific hypersensitive muscular pain), Craniofascial Release (slow and gentle relaxing head and neck therapy) and Myofascial Release (broad, gentle and slow therapy to treat most other areas of the body).

I am an experienced and skilled practitioner with a special interest in the correction and prevention of muscular ailments, postural and occupational dysfunctions, sporting or exercise rehabilitation. I have a strong work ethic and thoroughly enjoy devoting my time to helping patients get better.
