We have an holistic approach to health & fitness that incorporates personal training, martial arts, Qi gong, Reiki,hypnotherapy, meditation, and many other services that can be tailor made to your particular situation. While based in West Footscray we also offer a mobile service to your home or work place throughout the Melbourne metro area. This enables clients to choose the most practical training venue that suits their needs.

Founder and director of Lotus Quantum Synergy Graham Campbell has over 25 years experience in the health and fitness industry. His philosophy that we should never stop learning is one that everyone should aspire to. Graham's approach to health & fitness is to bring the best out in people regardless of fitness level or ability. This is done in a way that is motivating, enthusiastic and gentle which enables people to reach their goals in the best possible way.

Martial Arts students of Lotus Quantum Synergy do not participate in competitions to win trophies or medals as these tend to dilute the amount of techniques taught and in the process the art tends to get lost. Our aim is to make sure all students become proficient in self defence and other areas that give people a better quality of life. Students are simply encouraged to be the best that they can possibly be. This in turn creates balance in people's lives that is reflected at home, work or school.
