Myotherapy treatment  may include trigger point therapy, massage,  joint mobilisation, dry needling, cupping, stretching, exercise and rehabilitation programs and pain management.

Murray has completed a Bachelor of Health Science - Clinical Myotherapy from the Southern School of Natural Therapies. He is a full registered member of Institute of Registered Myotherapists Australia (IRMA). Outside of work Murray enjoys everything about health and well-being from being active in strength training, running, cycling, swimming and personal nutrition.
