Motions Mobile Remedial Massage

About

We offer remedial massage therapy as well as relaxation massage. A convenient service for those wanting to be treated in the comfort of their own home, at the hotel or at work.

It is also a perfect solution for those unable to leave their residence due to injury, pregnancy or otherwise.

Our therapists are well versed in injury prevention treatments during or prior to your sports event or if you simply like to stay active at the gym or outdoors.

Remedial therapy or deep tissue massage can help alleviate tension accumulated from activities of daily living. Oftentimes people tend to hold this around their neck and shoulders which may at times also be a contributing factor to head aches.

Through assessment we are able identify the areas in question and give a more targeted and effective treatment.

As therapists we work under a strict code of practice and we may need to refer you other health professionals such as osteopaths, physiotherapists, or even GPs if certain presenting symptoms are beyond our limits.
