At Recreation Physiotherapy & Massage, emphasis is placed on highly skilled, individual assessment and treatment. Treatment is largely through manual therapy but also involves educating the patient and empowering them through self exercise to assist in their own recovery. PHYSIOTHERAPY is the science of body movement combined with a 'hands on' treatment of muscle, nerve and joint problems through various techniques with the emphasis on manual intervention. The aim of physiotherapy is to reduce your pain and promote healing as quickly as possible, as well as to increase your fitness, strength and prevention of re-injury.

MASSAGE & MYOTHERAPY is focused on a holistic form of soft tissue treatment. Individual assessment of each patient's biomechanics is made in order to help diagnosis of injury or pain. This encompasses assessing the range of movement and the relationship with tight muscles. Massage therapy includes; remedial, sports, therapeutic, relaxation,preventative, pregnancy.

PODIATRY - offering total foot care for the whole family. Podiatrists are highly skilled health professionals trained to deal with the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of medical and surgical conditions of the feet and lower limbs.
