Massage was integral to ancient training regimes and medical systems for promoting well being and good health, and continues to be one of the most powerful therapeutic tools. Massage promotes the smooth flow of circulation, revitalising tissues and removing pain. Athletic performance is maximised, injury prevented and recovery aided. Everyone can benefit from massage.

Awareness of each person's sensitivity and physical development are crucial...we are all unique. Whether you are a hardened athlete or a gentle soul, the appropriate technique and level of intensity is applied. A strong relaxation component assists the body to let go.

Remedial Massage is the integrated practise of Physiotherapy and Massage. The Diploma of Remedial Massage covers fundamentals of postural and injury assessment, enabling practitioners to effectively correct and treat conditions causing pain, discomfort and disability.

Simon is a Remedial Massage Therapist demonstrating the use of effective Northern Chinese techniques, Deep Muscle, Tendon and Ligament Therapy, Swedish Massage, Integrative Fascial Release, Lymphatic Drainage, Chinese Cupping & Gua Sha together with trigger point therapy, positional release, deep tissue, myofascial release and facilitated stretching (static, PNF and MET's).

Attending his first massage course at the Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Martial Arts, Northcote, Victoria in 1989. Simon commenced professional practise as a massage therapist in 2006 after full-time study at Swinburne University of Technology. Massage and cycling are his consuming activities...practising Chi Gong to bring balance.
