Stable Massage has been providing the highest quality professional remedial massage therapy since 2003. Our brand new Melbourne CBD clinic has been operating since February2012

Our headquarters are located in a beautiful grand Victorian mansion on St Kilda Hill 1870. I started my business in 1998 as a qualified masseuse with a focus on hard working clients who were developing chronic aches and pains. This resulted in developing my own brand of deep tissue massage techniques to reduce stiffness and aches, helping with pain reduction, increasing mobility and range of movement. These methods also worked very well with cyclists and active sports clients who have found that the deep and strong sports massage therapy aids their recovery periods after intensive exercise.

Within a year I found that I did not have enough hours in the day to accommodate all my booking requests. My business expanded by training other experienced remedial massage practitioners to follow the broad direction of my deep tissue massage techniques.

My criteria are rigorous and only one in 20 qualified applicants are given the opportunity for supervised practice. At this stage we have 18 practitioners, specializing in deep tissue remedial massage, myotherapy, dry needling and sports massage therapy. Both clinics are open 7 days a week.

We also offer relaxing massage at our beautiful Victorian rooms, as well as experienced masseuses for pregnancy massage therapy. The same premises incorporate Stable Health Clinic health services including Naturopathy, Osteopathy, Acupuncture, Life Coaching, Counselling, Hypnotherapy, Pilates, Kinesiology and Psychologists.

The city clinic is centrally located next to the Sebel Hotel on Queen Street near the Collins street corner. Our St Kilda Clinic is just off St Kilda road, with on-site parking, ideal for the south eastern suburbs commuters. It is close to the St Kilda office towers, and residents of Windsor, Prahran, Caulfield and South Melbourne.
