FREE Health Assessment - 60 minutes

This service is for anyone seeking advice on which form of treatment may be most appropriate for their health needs. This FREE Health Assessment, includes a full health history discussion & an iridology exam. Valued at $80, this is a great opportunity to have a look at the areas of your health you want to support in the coming year. Unraveling the story of your health picture shows us the best match for your health concerns. You will leave with direction & a clear understanding of your health position & goals.

Naturopathy Consult - Initial 60 minutes $80

Your initial naturopathy consult begins with exploring your current health challenges, strengths & goals. Together with your practitioner, you will create a workable plan for achieving your health goals & begin with small or significant changes in diet, lifestyle & wellbeing, depending on your time frame, motivation & current health. Your practitioner may prescribe herbal, homeopathic or nutritional medicinal support. A strong health foundation demands good nutrition to support your lifestyle, health strengths & challenges. You will be asked to fill in a pre-consult health survey to help identify your focus areas & your practitioner will ask you bring any recent blood tests with you for your first consultation.

Naturopathy Consult - Follow Up 60 minutes $80

Your follow up consultation continues to unravel your individual relationship to health. Together with your practitioner you will assess your progress towards your health goals & consider bringing in further strategies for enhancing your improving health. You will look at changes in energy, sleep patterns, symptom management & personal wellbeing. Prescription of current nutritionals may be changed or continued & herbal or homeopathic medicinal support considered to support your changing health goals. Small or significant diet & lifestyle tweaks will continue to be supported depending on your time frame, current health & determination.

Naturopathy Consult - Acute 30 minutes $40

Existing patients are invited to book in for a short consultation either in person or over the phone in situations where flare-ups of their condition or acute infections are affecting their wellbeing. Colds, flus, digestive disturbance, or urinary infections can be effectively treated with prompt naturopathic care. Your practitioner will work with you to limit the duration of your symptoms & encourage your full recovery to health with appropriate rest, nutritional & herbal support. Completing a period of post illness follow up strengthens your resilience & reduces the occurrence of relapse. In the case of emergency however, please contact your local hospital or dial '000' for immediate care.

Remedial Massage Treatment - 60 minutes $80

Massage designed to treat specific conditions. Especially helpful for back and sciatic pain, neck and shoulder tension, arthritis, posture related aches and pains, sports and work related injuries. Treatment will include assessment, assisted stretching and home maintenance plan.

Pregnancy Massage - 60 minutes $80

We use a specially designed pregnancy support to allow you to feel comfortable for the 40 weeks of your pregnancy. This is a nurturing style of massage to relieve postural tension, improve circulation and stimulate cell nutrition. A must throughout your pregnancy!
