When muscles, tendons or ligaments are not sitting in their natural positions our range of movement can be restricted in various ways and associated pain is a common result. The solution I employ realigns the skeletal muscles and helps the body relax back into its natural form. The work is all done by hand, feeling for which muscles are misaligned. Once the misalignment have been identified Julie uses deep tissue massage techniques to massage them back into their original positions. In most cases people feel instant relief from pain, experience greater mobility and body strength. This method of treatment has proven to alleviate pain quickly and efficiently.
