Aligning Health – Experience Natural Ways to Restore the Balance Within

Aligning Health employs the modality of Ayurveda to offer a health care service to the public. Aligning Health is offering multi-faceted service delivery to include small class, group delivery, on-line delivery, public lecturing, bed and breakfast retreat accommodation (Late 2015) and education. Working with individual and within the wider community Aligning Health aims to support health care through practical activities and community education.

Late 2015, The Aligning Health Retreat Centre will be situated in the township of Axedale, 15 minutes out of the regional city of Bendigo. Aligning Health offer boutique bed and breakfast accommodation with the option of including Ayurveda Health Care Services tailoring a retreat suitable to the individual constitution. Aligning Health runs regular Yoga Classes, Ayurveda Consultation, Massages and Workshops on Health care, Diet and cooking. Aligning Health also offers online training in Ayurveda and Yoga and co-ordinates local health care activities within the community, namely Central Victorian Yoga Teachers Network, Complimentary Health Care Festivals, and International Women’s Day Activities and donated Yoga Classes within the community.
