At Flinders Wellness, our philosophy is to provide the highest quality personalised service for improvement of general fitness, sporting performance & training for a specific event; stress management; also specialising in rehabilitation - for back and neck pain; sporting, musculoskeletal and general injuries as well to assist in improving posture, core and trunk stability. We take an active approach to injury rehabilitation and prevention, as well as to the development and maintenance of your health and well being.

Flinders Wellness has been established since 2002 and our goal is to bring an integrated plan for total health and fitness – mind and body – to our clients. Please note: As of November 2013 the Studio & Clinic will be closed. Mobile Services will now only be offered.
