No longer considered an occasional, indulgent treat; massage is increasingly accepted as a vital part of maintaining good health and improving wellbeing.

Massage can help reduce muscle tension, ease joint stiffness, improve circulation and athletic performance. It can work with your body’s natural ability to heal and drive to restore normal function. We consider massage so beneficial that we specialise in many types of treatments including Remedial Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Fire cupping, Reiki and relaxation massage.

With busy personal schedules however, it’s often difficult to find time during the week for a professional, effective massage focused on what your body needs. Often, it's also difficult find a fully qualified therapist that has time for YOU.

At Chinta Ria Therapy, we view massage as an important part of our clients’ overall health and wellbeing.

We also know how busy life can get. We provide appointments with professional, qualified massage therapists when you’re most likely to have some spare time; on the weekends.

To keep things simple, we focus on what we know works best; Remedial Massage, Deep tissue treatment, Reiki, Cupping, Ear Candling, Crystal Therapy, Foot Detox, Spa, Counselling and Readings.
