Our goal at Lotus Touch is to assist our clients achieve the best health they can have.

We offer massage in a variety of styles – Remedial massage, Relaxation/ Swedish massage, Deep Tissue massage, Sports massage, Trigger Point therapy – and all our therapists hold qualifications recognised by the government.

Our Pilates lessons/classes are planned to take into consideration each student’s needs and fitness level.

At Lotus Touch, you have the convenience of being able to do your workout followed by a massage to treat yourself for your hard work without having to leave the premises!
