With picturesque surrounds and Swan River views, the City of Melville's Heathcote Cultural Precinct is a state heritage-listed site with a rich history and a variety of current cultural uses, including Heathcote Museum & Gallery, artist studios, creative workshop spaces and stunning venues for hire, the BWG Steakhouse restaurant, and an award-winning children's playground.

Heathcote Museum & Gallery presents a new contemporary art exhibition every six weeks, displays the history of the site at the former Heathcote Mental Reception Home, and hosts the Heathcote Studio Door shop featuring locally designed and handmade goods.

Our varied venue hire rooms are suitable for meetings, seminars, creative workshops, weddings, private parties and more.

The Precinct is also home to the Perth Makers Markets, a popular large-scale event supporting local handmade makers, which is held on site every two months.
