Steven and Penny Tang, having worked in some of the finest restaurants in Hong Kong and Sydney, had a Passion for excellence and in 1982 created a restaurant that, as we say, is not just another Chinese restaurant but Tang�s. The original restaurant was located in Shellharbour Square (now Stockland) then moved to the existing site in 1986. Steven and Penny Tang have long since retired, the tradition continues with your hosts Simon Huang and his wife Ying. The Huang family are well known and respected Shellharbour residents and strive to maintain the quality and service for which they are renowned.
