Novus Restaurant was established in July 2010, at the Bagtown Inn Motel as a motel restaurant which is the Best Restaurants in Griffith Australia.

The main reason the restaurant was started was due to Steve Franchi the young chef at Novus who wanted to bring his own flavours to the town of Griffith, the area has a large range of top quality restaurant, hence Novus had to be the most Famous Restaurants in Griffith Australia and at the same time stand ahead of the competition.

We at Novus believe in using local products wherever possible, hence Steve sources local products to implement into his dishes and we offer only locally procured wines or wines from local Riverina area. This kind of preparation makes Novus one of the best Wine Restaurant in Australia. Novus Restaurant has also received two awards in the Restaurant and Catering awards, N.S.W Southern area dining under the fine dining category in 2011 & 2012.
