The Hanuman restaurant is a reflection of chef and owner Jimmy Shu's love of Thai, Nonya and Tamil flavours. He continually travels through Thailand, Malaysia, and South and East Asia to find inspiration for all aspects of his restaurants - tastes, ingredients, antique decor and colour schemes. Jimmy's search for authentic flavours has in no way dampened his enthusiasm for new ideas as shown by his innovative Asian food and wine-matching program which has drawn praise from all quarters.
