You always remember your first real BBQ. Maybe for you it hasn't happened yet. For us it was in 2006 in a small Tennessee BBQ joint run by a 3rd generation pit master, where the food was cooked low and slow with precise technique and care.

Our learnings from that trip, lead to 12 long years of research and testing and created a burning passion for great BBQ, the likes of which not seen in Brisbane. Finally we decided it was time to share our passion and open Slow Burn BBQ - so you can remember your first real BBQ.
