Kesar Indian restaurant is a family-owned business. The head chef, Mr. Jai Singh Rawat, was the head chef at the Yogi Indian restaurant in Mandurah during which they received numerous awards and accolades.

Throughout the south region of WA, Mr. Jai Singh is highly sought after and a well know Indian chef, he has helped in launching many Indian restaurants in the Peel Region.
