At Fasta Pasta, we're fanatical about fresh pasta � and have been since 1982.

In all those years, we've only ever used the finest quality durum wheat and eggs, which give our pasta its distinctive soft texture and tenderness. This allows our pasta to absorb the full flavour of our delicious sauces and other ingredients � qualities that dried pasta can't quite provide.

While we're passionate about keeping our menus fresh, we must confess that one ingredient of our success is our age-old Southern Italian culinary know-how. In fact, some of our recipes that have been passed down through generations, and when we look to introduce a new dish, we often look to the past � with a modern twist or two.

Along with a renewed commitment to customer service and satisfaction, we are continually looking at ways to keep our menus in touch with what our customers are looking for � be it healthy options, wider choice and even greater value.
