SaltVine is a new Lebanese tapas cocktail bar. We have turned the old Lebanese classic dishes into modern fresh fun dishes with a twist. We are the first to give this cuisine a new identity.

Our food menu has been created by some high profile chefs from the middle east and have brought a new movement with our dishes.

The cocktails have been twisted up with middle eastern ingredients, syrups and garnishes that compliment the food.

Located in the hear of Surry Hills, this place brings an experience.
