The American BBQ ribs, BBQ chicken ribs and wings are cooked in Big Mama's world famous BBQ sauce. The crunchy chicken rocks (nuggets), snitzel, parmigiana and all the sauces they come with are all home made and hand prepped on the premises. We only use whole meats in our food.
