Bruce and Tracy Kelsey are the owners of Think Pizza. When they installed a wood-fired pizza oven in the backyard of their Perth home, they realized how amazing wood-fired pizza was.

While the Kelsey's found it fun and empowering to host pizza events in their backyard, Bruce decided that he wanted more. He wanted to create a pizza that was better than pizzas served at Perth's best restaurants. He wanted to make a perfect pizza.

He worked and worked to find the ultimate combination of dough, sauce, and toppings. As he got deeper into the world of pizza, he finally found a combination of flavors that was too good to keep in his backyard. This didn't happen overnight. It took him a lot of trial and error before he found the perfect combination.

By late 2017, their business, Think Pizza was becoming increasingly popular. At every event they worked, they were overwhelmed with the positive feedback that they were getting from their customers and the guests at the parties. The Kelseys are not sure how far Think Pizza will go in the future. What they do know is that they love what they do and they do it well.
