About

In 1991 Nathan Garlick commenced his apprenticeship as a Pastry Cook at a family owned pie shop in the South Eastern suburbs of Sydney. Nathan mastered his craft and in December 2000 joined forces with father Terry and brother Sean, to develop the Garlo's Pie retail and wholesale concept.
