The Violineri

About

We are a specialist string instrument workshop that repairs, restores, buys and sells fine instruments and bows. Established in 1986 in Bridge Rd Richmond by Brenton Fyfield, the shop is now located in Box Hill, Melbourne. We also sell instruments and bows on a consignment basis, and carry out valuations. We have a wide range of instruments in stock - ranging from beginner instruments to modern Australian and fine old European instruments. Our specialist staff have experience in playing and teaching and can assist you in selecting the right instrument for you. Paul B. Shields undertakes all bow re-hairs and repairs, and also makes new bows. Please visit our website or call us for more information.
