Brava was set up after a huge gap was found in lingerie for fuller busted women. Women were feeling dismayed and frustrated by the lack of choice in their size; being offered lingerie that looked like weaponry; being treated as a problem and advised not to expect to find nice bras in their size, it was clear that women who are blessed with busts larger than a C cup needed a better deal. The issues:

- Very limited range of D cup and above

- Available ranges were unattractive and unflattering

- Attractive bras provided very little support

- Staff had little empathy, limited knowledge and not trained adequately

Women deserved better options when purchasing lingerie. The vision of Brava was created with three indisputable aims:

- Brava will change the way women look and feel about themselves

- Brava will cater to women's needs better than any other store in Melbourne

- Brava will provide a relaxed, exciting and satisfying shopping experience

Brava has sourced a wide range of overseas brands not experienced by most Australian women including Freya, Fantasie, Elomi, Goddess, Panache, Chantelle, Le Mystere, Anita, Ulla, Elixir, Ballet and Masquerade. These brands have been chosen for their suitability for women with a fuller bust.

Women can now choose to come in and browse the Brava shop at High Street in the Prahran East village or browse on-line to discover beautiful and supportive lingerie and swimwear in cup sizes D to K.
