CallTech specialises in Red Box Recorders, Emergency Response systems and telephone headsts.

We install recorders, maintain them and train users to access recordings and perform recorder administrative tasks. We have a large number of customers in Australia using Red Box Recorders with a variety of telephone and radio integrations including VoIP, RoIP, TDM, ISDN and analogue. Red Box recorders are extremely reliable and have a web interface which makes them very easy to operate. A Red Box Recorder can be installed as a physical machine or as software on a virtual machine if only recording VoIP calls.

Our Active Response systems are installed around Australia. When an incident occurs a message can be triggered which is sent to first responders as an SMS and telephone call. This allows fast response to emergency situations.

CallTech also specialises in telephone headsets. These include wireless, bluetooth and corded headsets. We also supply headset accessories, batteries and parts. We stock a large range of headsets and parts in Perth which can be delivered to most locations throughout Australia by the next business day.
