The polished spoon, is an established private boutique bakery and cake studio located in Lane Cove on Sydney's Lower North Shore making beautiful cakes for weddings and special occasions. The Discerning client will enjoy friendly, passionate service, custom cake designs and great tasting flavours homemade from scratch, baked fresh when you order. Old fashioned methods and recipes have been adapted to meet the needs of the 21st century including special dietary requirements for vegans, vegetarians and celiacs.
