NY Bagels, established in the Melbourne suburb of Fitzroy in 1992, is the Australian market leader in the baking of authentic �New York� style bagels.

To make sure we got it right we brought Al Greenberg, a prominent New York City bagel maker to Melbourne to supervise the introduction of traditional boiled bagels to the Australian market.

Today, NY Bagels offers an innovative range of fresh-daily bagels for the Melbourne market as well as national distribution of our frozen par baked and fully baked product. These include varieties for the health conscious.

Currently the company is expanding our frozen range to meet the demands of the export market for authentic, traditional New York style bagels.
