About

We are purely a web-based company and do not have a traditional retail store front, only a warehouse located in Sydney from which we ship orders.

Our aim is to provide the best experience possible for anyone wanting to buy bed linen online. We endeavour to offer the widest selection and fairest prices and to inform our visitors and customers as much as possible about the products we sell, not just through our ever-improving content - but also user-generated content such as product reviews and ratings.

We think reading the specific product related experiences and critical opinions of others to be a buyer tool unique to Internet retail and something you are unlikely to get from any traditional bricks and mortar bedding outlet. This is, in essence, a customer community.

We believe in our products, though realise the inability to physically handle our products before buying to be of some detriment, and so attempt to overcome this by offering a money-back guarantee. One by which customers can return any item within 30 days of purchase, should that product not meet customer expectations for a no-questions-asked full refund of product amount should that product not meet their expectations.

We hope you enjoy your visit, and if possible, contribute to the community by sharing a product review or rating or by participating in one of our polls.

Sincerely,

The JustBedding Team
