The stock in trade of Forty Winks Traralgon is primarily in the sleep surface area, with 6 major brands on display including Sealy, King Koil and Sleepmaker.

Our innerspring range of over 50 mattress's encompasses budget, mid range and premium bedding. All sizes are catered for from single, king single, caravan, double, queen and king size. Wherever possible we buy our mattress's in bulk to achieve greater savings, which are then passed onto you.

One area in which we specialise in is "Package Deals" where we are able to package a bed, mattress and linen for a reduced price on the individual prices. We currently have 40 different package deals displayed on the floor covering most sizes and ranging in price from a low $399.00

The bedroom suite range in our store comprises some of Australia's major manufacturers including Wentworth, R.C. Roberts, Burgess Furniture and many others.

Wherever possible we stock Australian Made product, however if a similar imported product represents better value for you, we would also stock that line. We currently have on Display 50 different bedroom suites.

Also available is a large range of linen, pillows and continental quilts to compliment your new purchase. Other products within our range include electric adjustable beds, waterbeds, sofa beds, chests, kids furniture, futons and bunks.

To enable us to continue to be successful we sell all product at metropolitan prices and carry an enormous stock in our warehouse, so that we can supply your purchase in the shortest possible time. We accept most major credit cards and also offer credit terms including interest free.

History:

The Traralgon store is part of the original five stores that banded together in 1984 and formed the franchise chain of specialist bedding stores that you have discovered on this web page.

From very humble and precarious beginnings this store has grown from a cramped 3000sq feet to an enormous 24,000sq feet.

With the change of ownership from Pam and Mike Marshall to Francine and Kevin Beams in 1988, came the first of two location changes within the city of Traralgon and the start of a planned major growth phase to service what we believed to be the stores potential market place.

With consistant marketing and quality customer service we now service an area ranging from Pakenham (east of Melbourne) throughout South Gippsland, Centreal and East Gippsland to Merimbula in New South Wales.

To enable us to provide the services that we do, the store employs 8 staff in the sales and despatch area as well as independent companies to help provide assistance in the area of despatch whenever required.
