Our designs reflect Balinese tradition, with detail that gives a beautifully handcrafted Balinese hut which only a professional Balinese carpenter can master. All prefabricated wooden Bal�s are constructed in Bali under the guidelines of Australian Structural Standards within our timber industry codes. The structural timbers we use are Asian Hardwoods with a timber grading of no less than SD3 for durability and F16 for strength. Pine, which we are all familiar with is of lesser quality, has a durability rating of SD6 and a strength rating of F6. All timbers used are well known for their structural strength, dimensional stability and resistance to insects.
