At Dolls in the Attic and Bears too, our strongest asset is our customer service. In addition to the feedback we receive from our customers our service levels have been recognised by professional organisations. In two consecutive years, 1997 & 1998, we took out the coveted United Energy Boroondara Small Business Awards (which covers most of Melbourne's most exclusive South-Eastern suburbs) in both the category of "The Most Oustanding Gift Store" and the major overall category of "The Most Outstanding Small Business - Overall".

Unlike many start up internet companies, we are an established business with a proven record. We bring this guarantee of outstanding customer service to our website.
